Future Growth Scenarios
As part of the process for the update of the Lincoln/Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan three growth scenario alternatives that display a range of possibilities for the growth of Lincoln and Lancaster County to the year 2040, and, to a lesser extent, to the year 2060. The Lincoln/Lancaster County Planning Department is seeking comment on these growth scenarios from the public, private, and government sectors. The input will help to develop a single preferred growth scenario which will be used in further work on the plan update.
Please review the LPlan2040 Growth Scenarios Overview for information and assumptions used to develop this plan. An Analysis Report has also been developed based upon input received from various State and local agencies.
